＊調べてみると、GingerはLüc Carlという人の愛車El Caminoの名前らしい。。Gが大文字だから何らかの固有名詞だろうとは思っていたのですが。
＊あとSkeleton gunsはグルーガンで、デニムとかブラックは布地、ガガが屋根裏部屋で衣装を手作りしている様子、みたいな説もあるっぽいですね。
